By making a reservation, you are agreeing and accepting all items listed above and hereby certify that you are at least 25 years of age. Occupancy of the property for any portion of the reservation constitutes acknowledgment that the property was delivered in acceptable condition unless concerns are promptly reported to Agent and Agent is given reasonable opportunity to investigate and address the concern during the reservation period.
