    Important Safety Reminder for Families

    Drowning is fast, silent, and the leading cause of death for children ages 1–4.

    We send this reminder to all guests with children: please supervise kids closely anytime they're near water. There's no substitute for hands-on adult supervision. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe!

    Guest Pool Use Agreement

    Swim at Your Own Risk

    By booking with Good Morning Rentals, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms regarding pool use:

    1. Assumption of Risk. Guest voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of the swimming pool and surrounding areas, including but not limited to drowning, slipping, falling, and any other injuries or accidents that may occur.
    2. Adult Supervision Required. Children must be actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times when near or in the pool. No child should be left unattended in or around the pool area under any circumstances.
    3. No Diving. Diving is strictly prohibited at all of our pools.
    4. No Glass. No glass containers, bottles, or glassware of any kind are permitted in or around the pool area.
    5. Pool Familiarization. Guests are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the pool layout, including depth, steps, ledges, and any changes in slope, before entering the water.
    6. Safety Equipment. Life-saving devices (rescue ring, safety hook) are provided for emergency use only. Tampering with, misusing, or removing emergency equipment may result in a fine or eviction. Report any broken, missing, or tampered safety equipment to us immediately.
    7. Property Damage. Guest is responsible for any damage to the pool, pool equipment, or surrounding area during the stay.
    8. Pool Closures. Temporary closures due to maintenance, cleaning, chemical treatment, or weather may occur and do not warrant a refund or credit.
    9. Indemnification & Hold Harmless. Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Good Morning Rentals, the property owner, and any associated parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to the Guest's use of the pool and surrounding areas.
    10. Liability Waiver. Use of the pool and surrounding areas is at Guest's own risk. Good Morning Rentals, the property owner, and any associated parties assume no liability for injuries, accidents, illnesses, or deaths that may occur during Guest's stay. By booking, Guest acknowledges and accepts these terms.

    By making a reservation with Good Morning Rentals, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Guest Pool Use Agreement.

    Safety Recommendations

    The following tips are provided as helpful guidance to promote a safe and enjoyable experience.

    • Never swim alone — always use the buddy system.
    • Keep a phone nearby in case of emergencies.
    • Don't rely on floaties or inflatable toys to keep children safe.
    • Remove pool toys when not in use — they attract young children.
    • Walk — don't run. Wet surfaces can be slippery.
    • If you're not a strong swimmer, stay in shallow areas.
    • Do not tamper with gates, door alarms, pool covers, or safety latches.

    In Case of Emergency

    All of our homes with pools are equipped with life-saving devices, including a rescue ring and safety hook. Please only use this equipment in an emergency. Tampering with or misusing emergency equipment may result in a fine or eviction.
