Question 1

Do all the homes have private pools?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every home on this page has its own private pool, fenced and reserved for the exclusive use of your home for the length of your stay. No shared community pools.

Question 2

Are the pools heated?

Accepted Answer

Some are. Select homes offer electric pool heat from October through April for an additional nightly fee — those are listed on our heated pool homes page. From late spring through early fall, Jacksonville Beach pools stay comfortable without heat.

Question 3

Are the pools screened or open?

Accepted Answer

Most of our pools are open-air with a privacy fence, which is typical for Jacksonville Beach (mosquitoes are minimal due to the coastal breeze). A few homes have screened lanais — noted on the listing.

Question 4

How close is the beach from a pool home?

Accepted Answer

Every pool home on this page is within walking distance of Jacksonville Beach — most are 5 to 10 minutes on foot. You get the best of both: pool in the backyard, ocean down the street.

Are the pools safe for kids?
